DELIVERY

Packages are shipped by our logistics team within 3 to 5 working days. The carrier then takes over to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

During our collection releases and the Rendez-vous Responsable, this period can be up to 10 working days.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Sending to a relay point (Mondial Relay): delivery within 2 to 6 working days: €5.95

Sending by Colissimo: delivery within 1 to 3 working days: €6.95

Express Chronopost shipping: delivery within 1 working day: €15

RETURN & REFUND

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return any creations that do not suit you.

REQUEST A RETURN

Go to your customer area, by clicking on your first name at the top right of your screen.

Then click on “my returns”.

Select the order concerned and then the items you wish to return to us.

All you have to do is download the return document and slip it into your package. Without this document, we will not be able to process your return or refund it.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

The items must be returned to us in the condition they are, with their original labels, new, unworn and unwashed.

Otherwise, we will unfortunately be forced to refuse your return request and will therefore not be able to refund it.

Stick the shipping label previously downloaded from your customer area or go to your post office to stamp your package and send it to us at:

REFUND

The refund for your order will reach you within 10 to 15 days after receipt of your returned package in our logistics warehouse.
Each order is refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

No standard exchange possible.
